There is no charge to register with us. If you decide to rent a property through Howard Morley and Sons Ltd you will be charged an administration charge. The costs include; 1. Credit Search and Reference Application 2. Contribution towards the Tenancy Agreement Preparation 3. Contribution towards Inventory Costs 4. TDS Registration Charge. The total cost being £250 inc. VAT per applicant.
